This KFC is terrible! Each time I go here it takes 10+ minutes in the store or the drive through! I’ve seen others orders wrong and they were out of chicken! KFC was out of chicken. Simply because they didn’t time the inventory right. I’ve been sitting in the drive through for over 10 minutes and I still have not paid or gotten my food.

Bought the family dinner deal with 8 pieces of chicken and 5 pieces were wings… really if they had said it was going to be wings I would of gone somewhere else…

This KFC has made vast improvements in recent months. They hired all new employees. Food quality has increased. No more rude service and cold food.
The price is high but that is expected of KFC. I have been here several times since the summer and have yet to be disappointed.

I guess things have changed from the last reviewers. I had no problems, the staff was friendly, the food was great for fast food, and I got it quick despite the long line. The price is a bit high on somethings but the price has always been that way.

Worst KFC I have ever been to. The first time we went, they refused to honor our coupon. The employee was rude. She was not friendly, she did not greet us or thank us, and she had attitude.
Today we went there again, against my better instincts. The employee was rude (again). They did not even attempt to be pleasant. We were told they were out of grilled chicken. Really? Ok whatever. So then 5 minutes after we ordered they said they were out of macaroni and cheese too. No way. I think they were lying because they were too lazy to make any more.
I will not be going back.

Restaurant can use a good cleaning and remodel. The mashed potatoes are always very good. Chicken seems to be sitting around and is always dry. Service is poor

It’s KFC. I honestly don’t expect much. The food quality is about right for what I expect. The service, however, is sorely lacking. The line always seems like it’s in disarray and food comes out cold. I think with the proper management, the place could thrive… but until then? I just wish there was a Popeye’s franchise in the area.

No rosted chicken, counter person in bad mood back pain got 10 piece meal forgot cake stood there for 5 min no one paid attention to me. I raised my voice and got cake.
