Went on the Salem/​Boston trip and had a great time! Our bus driver Mike was great and our tour guide John was awesome! They took care of everyone on the trip and made sure everyone was happy. We will definitely use Jz Tours again!

Physically assaulted by a man on the bus that was running the trip, screamed at by belligerent drunk people, there were children on the bus, not family friendly. A completely ruined birthday trip, not to mention they overcharged my whole family and didn’t refund as promised. When the owner was given my experience and information he did not even attempt to call me. I guess when his employees assault people that is acceptable to him.
