Went there late night and ordered a tea. Asked for the water out of the hot chocolate machine because the one that they just let sit on the burner is sometimes cold. The woman was super rude and said multiple times «we aren’t allowed to do that but I guess»… After 2+ teas a day for over 3 years this is the first time I’ve heard any employee say that.

Sorry but this place never has the food I want and sometimes the wait in the drive thru is just to long!! why do the donuts seem to be a day old in the after noon ?? That’s if they have any ???

Perfect every time and even the 1 time it was messed up I was comped a free drink. Open 24 hrs. Pretty quick service even when packed.

Middle of the road service at this Dunkin Donuts. I stopped in around 11am on a Sunday (so it wasn’t busy,) and while the food/​coffee I ordered was fresh, not one employee gave the impression that not only did they want to be there, but also that they wanted me there.
Here’s a tip: when you’re loading food into the bag and you drop something on the ground, don’t pick it right back up and put it into the bag and leave a few hash browns on the ground. An additional tip: certainly don’t do it while the customer can see you do it.
I’m thinking there’s plenty of room for improvement/​training at this location.
