This is the first time I have ever had a bad experience at Dunkin. The one worker closed the drawers before closing time making our experience very inconvenient, cursed while making our orders, and promptly locked the doors right as we left (fifteen minutes before the store even closed). Overall, I would not recommend this Dunkin to my friends.

Normally I would give Dunkin between 3 – 4 stars but this one gets the full 5 because of two things, their friendly staff and they go all out for their decorations for Halloween. As Lauren H said, the entire place is DECKED out for All Hallows Eve which is pretty cool. I am always a big fan of when businesses go the extra mile and decorate for Holidays and the season. A personal touch if you will that separates this location from all the others.

Look, it’s a dunkin donuts. Everything is the same everywhere. The only thing you can ask for if it’s clean, they get your order right, and it doesn’t taste like freezer burn. This location met all my chain qualifications! But! This review is more because the entire place was DECKED out for Halloween. Like, I need this person to decorate my house it is that clever. Thanks Scranton Dunkin, for making my day.

I’ve always had a good experience with this dunk in donuts until today. I went and ordered a green tea, they confirmed it with me, and I pulled up to pay for it. When they gave me my tea, I explained that I wanted hot not iced (if I wanted iced I would have said it). The cashier was extremely rude to me and was talking about me to get coworkers while I was sitting right there. Disgusting behavior and will never return, but I guess you can’t expect much from a Dunkin Donuts.

I am rating my experience based on the fact that i occasionally go around 9 or 10 at night to this Dunkin. We go through the drive thru and sit in the parking lot to people watch (it’s Scranton, you can always find interesting people).
If you go at this time and pull up in the drive thru, there is a huge delay and the 2 workers are usually talking to each other even on the intercom! Finally when they are done, its like you are the hassle for ordering a coffee and a coolata. They are rude once you complete your order and when you get to the window there is never a hi or how are you just the total and that’s it. Yes, the drinks are good but it’s not like we order something unknown or fancy.
I have gone in only once during the day and the people were extremely nice, I just wish they could have nicer people at night. A job is a job and remember a tip is optional.

Always friendly at the drive-​thru and it can be crowded from time to time during the pre-​work rush, but somehow, the order is always right and they keep the cars moving!
