I called before I traveled a long distance to get to this shop. I asked him if it was possible to wait for the repair. He said no, but I could get it the next day. I told him I was not from the area, so I needed prompt service. He was rude to begin with. I left the bag there and he wanted me to pay in advance. I paid him $ 16.00. I left it on Wed. Today is Friday. I was planning to pick it up tomorrow while I was in Scranton picking up a birthday cake. I looked at the ticket and it said it would be ready on Tuesday. I called and told him about the Tuesday date and that I was flying out to go home early Tuesday and could I pick it up earlier. He said it was too much work and now he doesn’t want to do it at all !!! He had a cavalier attitude when I was in his shop and the same on the phone call this morning. I cannot believe the POORCUSTOMERSERVICE. Or that he would not do the courtesy of calling me and telling me he didn’t want to do the work he committed to, so that I could have found another shoe /bag repair shop so I had the purse to use for an 85th Birthday Celebration on Saturday night! Avoid this shop… VERYUNPROFESSIONAL
