This was the worst experience ever! I would recommend that you stay away from this company. I bought a voucher from Living Social last week to get 500 square ft of tile cleaned, and when they left it looked exactly the same as it did before they cleaned it. First they no showed for my appnt that i had arranged my day around, he said it was scheduled on the wrong day, not possible because i was not going to be living there the day he had scheduled. They finally came the next morning, late. I had to run an errand so i left the front door unlocked, the house was empty. When i returned they were there, i walked in and could hear them upstairs using my bathroom (i just cleaned) and walking around in my master bedroom. I asked them what they were doing and he said they were told 5 bedrooms of carpet and tile. Okay? I explained only 500 sq ft. After we straightened it out he advised me that my tile will not look clean and the dark grout lines will still be there. They only clean with hot water and thats it. If i wanted my grout clean it would be another $ 125. Yes thats right, they sanitized my tile with water for $ 50. The living social voucher did not say that. It stated Tile and Grout Cleaning for 500 sq ft for $ 49.
