We found Tim by total luck — called the agency office for an answer on a house that was listed in our neighborhood and got Tim. Man, are we happy that he was answering that day! We then spent the next 5 – 6 months working with Tim to determine what we wanted, where we wanted and all of the other details. He was so patient with us! He was never pushy, showed us countless homes and was always available for us. He was very knowledgeable about different areas and we loved the great market stats that he would present to us.
We learned a lot from Tim so that when we finally found our dream home, we were confident in moving forward. Tim stuck by us through the entire closing, made things happen so that the closing would go smoother, and did not give up until we were in our new home.
Through this entire experience, we have become friends and we just think the world of him. Tim is not only a true professional and very good at his craft but a kind man that I think truly just wants others to be happy. Thanks to Tim, we love our new home and feel so good about the purchase.
