Unfortunately, Rick wasn’t there when I went this time. Not sure if he is still there, but the employee who was there wasn’t helpful at all. He didn’t even attempt to troubleshoot my phone. He sucked. First he asked me if my phone was charged(you really think i would leave my home to troubleshoot a dead battery?) Then kept asking me if I was sure I was on warranty(he realized later I was). Overall, he was just acting plain disinterested in really helping me out. The one thing he did do was place the order for my replacement phone. I will not be frequenting this location again.
