We did bought our new homes using momentum brokers, the agent was a really nice guy, who was doing his best to help us find our home.
On the other hand, he is still a little fresh and need more experience which is understandable considering how long he was in the business.
From our experience, he was good since we did handle the price negotiation, we were able to get a good price (think we could get a little more discount), so if you don’t want to negotiate you will need a more experience agent to do it for you.

Had a great experience selling our home and buying a new home through momentum brokers. Sometimes agents will «encourage» you to love every house you walk into just so they can get the sale done, this wasn’t the case with MB. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future !

Be warned… If they say they will help you with your short sale, run.
Definitely questionable in their practices.
