This McDonald’s sucks! They can’t seem to ever get an order right. It’s a total moronathon in that place. Do everyone a favor and knock this idiot filled McDonald’s down and put in a chick fil a.

My husband, my three granddaughters, my two sons and my daughter’s boyfriend stopped in one night on Feb. 15th to have dinner together as I had just been released that day from the hospital and I was craving anything other than hospital food. This is a larger McDonald’s with an area for kids to play and another separate area for people who want to do computer work or business type work and not be disturbed as well as large dining area. The burgers and chicken nuggets along with the french fries were fresh and hot. The workers are friendly and helpful. The service was fast and efficient. The restaurant was clean and the restrooms well stocked. I will return to this location due to their good service and well prepared fast food.

So tired of them messing up simple orders. They need to be trained on the difference of an apple pie and a cherry pie. Do not sell food that says to eat by 8:55, and give then the food at 11:30. When people ask for a cheeseburger plain, include the hamburger!

My dad is addicted to McD’s I think. Every time after my test and scans at the Mayo Clinic it is let’s go to McD’s. We found this one pretty close and easy to get back on the 101. This location was clean and the staff was friendly. They walked our order out to us. :) Of course the food taste the same.

A slightly above-average McDonalds. I’ve been here many many times for a drive-thru breakfast, or for a quick lunch before hitting the road. The staff has always been friendly. They’ve gotten the orders correct most of the time, which can be a challenge at some places. I’ve never gotten cold food or had something wrong with it.

Terrible experience. They charge extra for lemonade with a kids happy meal. The bathrooms are disgusting. And they messed up my entire order.

Had a great service today. They had a very nice young lady in the dinning room making sure that customers had what they needed. Offer refill, any condiment, and simple smile. Well done. Your effort was noticed.

If you live by this McDonalds you’d get better service driving further. It seems the drive-thru staff need not be educated. After repeating myself multiple times(due to previous mistakes) they still got my order wrong. I know it’s just fast food, but you should at least expect some sort of decent service.

I ordered one of the«premium» chicken sandwiches. It was absolute trash. I couldn’t choke down more than two bites. The chicken was tough and the whole thing generally kind of greasy. Fries were really bland. I guess I should have known better. I’d rather stay at home eating a tin of wet tuna than spend money here again.

Yeah, yeah… I am a bad parent for feeding my kids burgers and mcnuggets. I was all out of tofu and wheat grass at home. Clean place, but NONE of the games work here for my kids to play on. Need to find a different Mc Donalds that maintains their kids stuff

Now, to be fair, I will disclose that I have not eaten at a McDonald’s in probably 5 or more years. However, I thought that when you order a cheeseburger, it actually came with a burger. Imagine my surprise after ordering 2 of these extremely special items at this drive thru at 1:00 in the afternoon and opening it up when I got to my destination and literally there was no burger! Where’s the beef? That phrase has a whole new meaning.

Just a regular McDonalds. I dont know why however one of the gals at the counter asked everyone before me their names while placing order… but didn’t ask me or my friend our names. It felt weird. Is it coz we are Indians? She called out to them by name when their orders were ready… and to us by numbers… I know Indian names can be difficult for Americans to pronounce… but come on… Indians are everywhere… isn’t it high time Americans learnt how to pronounce Indian names? Why did McD opened in India then? We don’t even need them there: P Spreading the unhealthy food all over the world: P

I live very close to this location and after today, I will go out of my way to never dine at or get food to go from this location ever again. It seems as though every time I order from here my order is wrong. It is usually my wife’s food that they get incorrect so I have to return to the restaurant so that they can correct the order and by the time I get back home, my food is cold and practically inedible. I’ve complained to management 3 – 4 times and sometimes they just remake my order and others they gave me coupons. This is a good policy, but how about working on getting an order 100% correct? Once in a while is one thing, but this happens a majority of the time. My advice, go to the location on 64th st and Greenway. They seem to have it together. Better yet, there is a Wendy’s right across the street.

I am not gonna review the food honestly cause well its McDonalds, it’s pretty much the same food every where. The Place– This place is super clean, it’s the cleanest location I have ever been to. The Employees– I was actually in tonight at 7pm ordering inside, Kyle was the cashier and was very nice when I asked him a ton of questions about the new food items I saw on the menu. Another employee who always gives me great service is a blonde girl who runs the window late at night a lot. This is the only McDonalds I like. Keep it up guys :)

They are usually pretty good but lately they have been getting my orders messed up. By the time I get to work and discover that my Order is wrong, it’s too late to go back.

From the other reviewers I’m thinking we may have gone in on an off day. Okay… I have to admit the fries were REALLY good! Reminded me of the McDonald’s I used to go to as a kid with the Golden Arches(I know, dating myself), unlike the undercooked or leftover ones at the McDonalds near home and I know this sounds funny, but the burgers were actually centered on the buns, not hanging out of one end with the cheese on the other like the ones near home. Staff was friendly and I agree with other reviewers, the orders came out correctly. But that’s where the compliments end. This place was FILTHY! It was our first time at a McDonald’s Play Place and we went to this location on the recommendation of a friend. Employees would walk through and collect trays but never once wiped off a table and yes they needed it. Nor did they once stop to look in the restroom that had toilet paper strewn all over and goodness knows what types of fluids on the floor! The changing table was black with crusted debris in all the crevices! This is a children’s area that they say is cleaned and sanitized everyday but it’s really hard to believe when there was so much grime everywhere! Both air hockey tables were out of commission because«someone stole the pucks and they hadn’t been replaced yet», 1of the 2 video bikes was broken, basketball hoop but no ball and some video thing where you step to control it wasn’t working either. Seems like this franchise is in need of some attention. I am shocked at how many parents just drop their kids off to play here! It can get quite rowdy with unsupervised kids and some that were obviously over 12(the age limit). I wouldn’t recommend this play place for little ones until management starts enforcing some of the rules they have posted. Or unless you feel like hovering over your toddler for their safety!

Love my local McD’s. Food is prepared well, never get the wrong order and staff is friendly. Great place to cool off and get some lunch. This location also does a ton for the community with the fundraiser and teacher nights for schools and local nonprofits. Good community member.

There are two McDonalds in North Phoenix that are close to each other. Why do I choose to drive farther to come to this location? Reason #1 — the quality of the food. Specifically the Big Mac. I used to think that McDonalds all over the world were rigidly standardized and a Big Mac is the same in any one of them. Not so anymore. There is a McDonalds on Bell near 32nd Street that serves the crappiest Big Mac I have ever seen. The buns are dry and stale, the few shreds of lettuce are wilted, they short on the other condiments and once even forgot to put the middle bun in. Now let’s look at the McDonald’s at Tatum & Bell that I’m reviewing. The first time I went there I was shocked(in a good way) that the Big Mac looked identical to those heavily made-up ad photos that always make food look impossibly perfect. I was so surprised that I went back a few weeks later to see if it was a fluke and took a picture of the burger with my cell phone and compared it to a McDonalds ad. My real Big Mac was virtually identical. On that visit I noticed some businessmen in expensive-looking suits meeting at one of the tables. When they got up to leave they went behind the counter and shook hands with the manager. I suspect this McDonald’s is either company-owned or a test store. It is immaculately clean and obviously well-managed. Reason #2 — the service. When most people think of McDonalds they probably envision stereotypically bad service. Everyone who works at the Tatum & Bell location is friendly, enthusiastic and on top of their game. Some of the younger employees actually look like they could be part of a McDonalds commercial. I can’t help but compare this to the McDonalds on Bell near 32nd Street which is only a few miles away. Both times I visited that store the employees were listless and seemed to be bothered that a customer walked in. One time there was a stack of dirty milk crates on the service counter(yes, where the food is served) and the employee and her manager joked while she emptied the crates … totally ignoring me until she finished. My guess is this location is so good because of the management, but whatever the reason the Tatum & Bell location is so far superior the difference is tangible.

The Golden Arches, the most famous fast food place, and always will be. The food isn’t exactly fresh, but it’s not bad either. Because the menu never changes, other than seasonal specials. I’ve eaten most of the menu in a very long space of time. I’ll start with the Big Mac, I’ve eaten a lot of them, and they’re not all great for me. I just think the middle bun makes the whole thing dry, especially when you have two ultra thin burgers that have to be cooked to oblivion. I LOVE the Big Mac sauce, so that’s why I buy it again. I usually buy a Double Cheeseburger, I love American cheese, and it’s so simple. I also adore pickles, although I do wish they ridged them thicker cut. The best meal on the menu are the Chicken Selects, the breading is herby, salty and crunchy, and the chicken juicy. They come with custom sauces, and I tend to buy one sour cream and one BBQ, two BBQ’s means you have to buy another milkshake to tame the spice. The only side I buy at McDonalds are their famous fries, there is no point in buying anything else, because it’s too expensive for what they are. The fries are amazing though, when they are cooked properly. Crisp, addictive and beautifully salted. They eclipse KFC and Burger King. I always have them with pepper, it gives them a kick. The sauces are great too, the ketchup is clearly Heinz, but the BBQ sauce by the pump is smoky and sweet, and very delicious. The milkshake is the best though, I love sweet things, and with a milkshake you always have enough to quench your thirst polishing off a Big Mac, and then enough to count as dessert. I always get chocolate, but prefer the vanilla, it’s a shame you can’t get it a lot. Desserts wise, I ditch the McFlurry and buy a Toffee Sundae. A sizable amount of soft serve, a generous drizzle of toffee, for 99p. Cheap, and delicious. So there’s my review, it’s not great food and you know it’ll kill you if you eat too much of it, but there’s something about it that makes you come back, and that’s why is the most popular fast food chain in the world, and always will be.
