Dr. Marciano returned a quality of life to me that I thought I had lost forever. He is the best! After walking like a 90 year old man while only 40 years old he operated on me in 2005 with fantastic results. I was again able to walk and sit with no pain. In 2007 I started having serious arm — shoulder — neck pain. Turns out I needed cervical surgery. Well I had a fun childhood and have no regrets. I went back to Dr. Marciano and once again he took great care of me and I walked out of the hospital pain free. He isn’t just an amazingly talented Doctor, he is a great man that truly cares about each of his patients.
