There are soooo many great things to say about Kevin. Finding a great realtor can be tough – only a small percentage of the total population is good at what they do. Kevin is one of those few. He is truly a diamond in the rough. He recently sold my in-​laws’ condo and we were all so impressed with the entire process working with him. I would recommend Kevin Stark to everyone looking to buy or sell a home. My husband and I were in a tough spot: we had a little one on the way, but didn’t have any room in our one-​bedroom condo for baby. After talking to friends and family about or conundrum, Kevin came highly recommended to us by my brother (Kevin had helped my brother and his wife find a home about a year prior). We called Kevin on a Saturday, and he met with us the very next day to outline the home buying process, from pre approval to close. We were able to get pre-​approved by that Wednesday, (through Kevin’s finance guy, who I can write another amazing but review about), we looked at and fell in love with a house the next Saturday, and closed on it 30 days later. The entire process took less than 45 days from our first meeting with Kevin to closing on the home, and we’ve officially been moved in for 6 weeks now.
Kevin is knowledgable, friendly, efficient, and low pressure, and he really gives off the impression of an all-​around good guy. I’m recommending him to my only-​laws (who are moving from out of state by the time baby gets here), and I would recommend him to EVERYONE that wants their home buying or selling experience to be as awesome as ours.
