Kalologie 360 Spa

First time there, was greeted immediately by the wonderful front desk staff. I was taken in for my massage very quickly. Jesse was great about going over my initial form and confirming my goals and injury history. The 60 minute massage was fantastic. I feel asleep from sheer relaxation.

I’ve been a client here for over 2 years and couldn’t be happier with the staff. Rasa is a highly skilled massage therapist who utilizes a multi– disciplined approach to help provide relief to my chronic neck and shoulder issues. He is an amazing healer and most attentive to my needs.

I read all of the other reviews, some good some bad. I think that whether a massage is good or not depends on the person and their experience level with massage. Also, you get what you pay for. If you want a top notch massage with someone who knows the body, muscles, tendons etc and how everything is connected, then it would probably be best to go to a medical related business. I went a couple weeks ago to Kalologie and I explained a pain I was having and it was clear this massage therapist didn’t know how to treat it. In fact, it seemed like the therapist then chose to stay away from that area. This was a somewhat relaxing rub down not a thorough massage. Also, my back broke out for the first time in years from whatever they used.

Cassandra gave me an excellent massage. Just the right pressure and very relaxing. I highly recommend.

I got a massage and facial here about two weeks ago and my experience was good. Nothing worth going back for however.
The facial I received was very thorough and my skin looked wonderful right after but the service in itself was sub par. Many of the services I requested her not to do on my preliminary sheet she did anyway. And another pet peeve of mine is talking through the service. I personally come to spas to relax and enjoy the ambience not engage in small talk. But if you’re ok with that, my only complaint is she provided some services I specifically did not want. The facial deserves four stars.
The massage on the other hand was far to firm. Even after I told the masseuse she her pressure was too much she continued with the same. So I made a second comment… then she was giving me very very light touch. At this point I didn’t want to be a pest and mention something a third time so I just let it go.
Before I went I read many mixed reviews, all very spot on after my experience there. I’ve heard great things about Rita, so maybe request her when you go.

Bought a Groupon for services while on my Honeymoon. The facial was amazing. The staff, location and services were good. For the price, you can’t beat it. The products used were very good also.

Just had an incredible 50 minute massage with Liz. She made sure to focus on the areas that needed the most attention, and ended the session with the most incredible scalp massage. Definitely recommend giving this place a try, ask for Liz!

i had a terrible facial today with Chloe. She was rushing the entire time I couldnt relax. I can’t tell you how many times she pitter pattered her fingers on my face. She did it so much throughout the session I felt as if she was bored or didn’t know what else to do! She did that the majority of the time and barely let any of the products she put on (who knows what they were because she didn’t say) and I felt as if she wiped them off right away. I think she let the steamer on my face for only 2 minutes at the beginning of the facial. At the end she nearly ran out the door and didnt give me any advice or ask if I personally had any questions which I am ALWAYS asked after a facial elsewhere. very disappointed with my service today. By far the most disappointing and waste of money facial I’ve had. Won’t be back and If so it will be with another person doing the facial.

Just got out of my hour massage with Cassandra and it was blissful. She really listened to my needs and the other staff was just as friendly and helpful.

I went for a massage and facial for my first time at kalologie. I was super excited because i have heard such amazing things about it. I made the appointment the day of which i was super excited about! Most places on a saturday arent able to do two hours worth of services. So I came in and filled out my paper work. I went back for my message and he asked me which areas bothered me and target areas. I said that i am on a computer all day at work so my neck and upper back were the most painful and to focus on that. The pressure was not the strongest, and when i flipped over for my actual back, it was not the greatest. We talked about it being more of a deep tissue massage but seemed more of a swedish. Either way, it was just OKAY. He was really professional and nice, it just was not an ideal massage and I dont know if i will be back for a massage. Then i was taken to the waiting room for my next service that was supposed to start at 4. I did not actually get taken back till about 4:10. I went back with Rita for my service. The first thing that was amazing was she did a paraffin treatment on my hands with warm gloves. I have never had this with a facial before. Then we discussed my concerns and i decided to upgrade to a clarifying facial. She extracted just about every one of my blackheads with a tool so it was a lot less damaging. We also talked about my skin regimen and makeup. She also massaged my upper back, neck, and scalp. This was way better then the actual massage. I loved every second of this facial! the only thing was since i was taken back kind of late, i thought it would have lasted a little longer. Then Rita walked out with me and color matched my makeup. I was so glad the took the time to do that! I ended up buying the membership of 12 facial/​massages, but again i most likely will be doing facials NOT massages. I really wish the massage would have been better!

I have now had 2 facials at Kalologie and loved both of them. They are a full hour long. Today’s facial was done by «Rita». Just an amazing experience. Not only does she do an amazing facial, but you get a full head, neck, arm and hand massage. She was friendly, but did not «chatter» throughout the entire hour so I could really relax and simply experience the facial.

Best massage of my LIFE! I’m blissed out and in full zen mode. The pressure was perfect and my male therapist was highly skilled. I will definitely be returning!

I purchased a groupon for a facial hoping to try out a new place. When I arrived the front desk staff was very nice and made it a smooth easy check-​in. After filling out paperwork I was taken back to a very calming room to start my facial. I was told that for an extra $ 19 I could add some service onto my package– which I was not interested in. I wanted a good facial with extractions as I had an event coming up the following week. I was told that the facial I bought was for «normal skin» and that my oily skin wouldn’t benefit that much with a «normal facial» which I’ve never heard of before. I felt like my money and time was wasted after this. I was asked repeatedly to «upgrade» which I was not interested and felt pressured to pay more than I wanted to. Why wouldn’t products be customized to the persons skin type? Who actually has «normal skin»? Not impressed by this place at all.

I get massages as body maintenance for a very active lifestyle. Kalologie is amazing! Therapist are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. I have a membership here as refuse to go anywhere else.

Just had the best massage of my life from Leah!!! The front desk staff was really nice and accommodating. Clean, cozy and relaxing rooms/​amenities. I also had an excellent facial! I will definitely be back soon!

Got a facial by Lisa for my very first visit. LOVED IT! Best facial I’ve had, hands down. My skin looks amazing! She found the perfect balance between educating me about my skin and keeping the service quiet and relaxing. GREAT customer service skills. She made me feel pampered.
She didn’t try to «sell» me on anything. She just educated me about some awesome tools they have for sale. I actually had to ask her to come back out to the lobby because I wanted to learn more about the rest of the products they sell. They weren’t pushy at all.
The only thing I wish they would have done was educate me on their memberships! They didn’t mention it to me at all and I completely forgot about asking until after I left.
I’ll definitely be back to see Lisa!!!

I truely hate writing bad reviews, but I feel that when in search for a good massage only to be led to a disappointment, others must be warned. I was really looking forward to this massage, as I have been working long hours and needed to unwind and get rid of some back aches. I have gotten numerous massages in the past and this by far was the worst. I don’t mind spending the money, but I would expect something a little more than someone just rubbing lotion on me and throwing a warm towel.
First they have you fill out paper work on arrival, listing any concerns, target areas, pressure, etc. What is the point of this if the therapist doesn’t care to look it over or pay attention to it. Once on the bed, the therapist did not care to ask me what my pressure preference was, assuming she read that paperwork, but after a couple of minutes and still nothing deep like I hoped for, I had to tell her not only once, but twice during my massage that I wanted more therapeutic and deep tissue. Half hour or so into it I just could not stop thinking just how horrible this massage was and how badly I just wanted to walk out considering this was not helping with the relaxation I was seeking for, but just now making me more anxious than I was beforehand. I’ve received massages from therapist in the late evening and even their pressure was much better after working all day, and this was in the morning.
What a big disappointment of not only waste of money but more importantly waste of a good hour I can never get back. This is just another massage envy with slightly better décor but even poorly trained therapist. Sorry :(

Just do it get the membership!
I have been a member for two years and love this place.
I do get frustrated when they do specials cause they get extremely booked and I cant get all the special body rubbing, face picking, tanning and lots more.
Big Sarah (she isn’t big she is just taller then little Sarah) well she can give you a deep energy massage! Heaven! Little Sarah is good bug very soft no deep tissue there. The new guy was fantastic! He has been here a few months now he is fantastic for massages he gets in there very strong hands. Dominic is gone :(
Facials are… Fantastic you get special love when your waiting for masks and everything to soak up. The massage you and put this moisturizing things on your hands.
Spray tan wonderful! Wax great!

The owner/​manager of this so called Spa is awful, lacks basic customer service skills. Cares only about the money, and if you dont become a member treats you like crap. Even after meeting me MANY times, acts as if she has seen me for the first time when I come in. Cancelled my membership, this is just another Massage Envy but WORSE.
Some of the front desk staff are very nice, too bad the manager is NOT.

I tried this place using a Groupon. The staff was very friendly and the massage by Dominique was wonderful! They will use what pressure you’re comfortable with, I personally like deep and he was very good. I usually get an hour and a half when I get massages because I workout a lot but the Groupon was only good for an hour. I’m considering getting a membership as it was that good.
They lost a star because I wasn’t told to come early to fill out paper work. And think I only got about 50 minutes or less instead of an hour.
