Small independently owned community of a few dozen condos. Located right on Indian School just East of Miller. They are rarely any openings, but occasionally an owner rents one. The landscaping and pool here are well done and most of the units have had major updates with real wood floors and granite counters. Location next to old town and the greenbelt is key.
