Fred Astaire Dance Studios

I never had any ballroom dance experience and only had six weeks to prepare for a fundraiser dance event. I wandered into the studio completely off the street. The staff was warm, wonderful and in no time at all I had a program. The cha-​cha, salsa and hustle were my starting dances. What fun and great exercise! I laugh, I learn and I work my mind and body. It is a fabulous stress release from my work and the Paradise Valley instructors are encouraging and help you learn at your pace. There are many social events, so if you don’t have a boyfriend or partner you can still dance with lots of other dancers. If you have ever wanted to be more graceful, dreamed of gliding across a dance floor or want to dance with your son at his wedding — you should try it!

We also take the group classes & every single instructor is amazing (kind, smart, fun, engaging).
