A recruiter by the name of Basheer contacted me for an opportunity. The title did not match the summary or the description for a job in California. I tried in vain to get clarification and wasted a good amount of time trying to understand what Basheer was trying to fill by e-​mail.
Subhash is Basheer’s boss. He replied to my e-​mail after I told Basheer that I still did not understand what skills he was looking for. The only solution was to ask his boss about the details. He replied to my e-​mail and I finally understood what the actual job was about.
This business appears to me as another one of those recruiting agencies full of Indian recruiters that mass e-​mail people. They have no clue who they target, they don’t read resumes, they are unprofessional, unclear, incompetent and in the end only waste your time. Don’t bother working with them.
