Today I used Data Doctors for the second time and got the same professional, quick and helpful service I received on a prior visit. I believe my tech was Steve and he find my problem in minutes, advised me how to correct it (luckily for me my laptop was just stuck in hibernation mode) and did not charge me a penny for his time. This is a impressive store that really values customer care and service.

My company uses Data Doctors for a variety of computer related issues. From the blue-​screen of death, to a fan overheating, or even getting Cryptowall on an external storage device — Data Doctors has been able to help. The owner, Steve, is super helpful and so are all employees I’ve interacted with. Depending on the issue or device, it’s normally a one day turnaround for the fix. That is super-​fast service! It’s also greatly appreciated. I will definitely continue using them for all my data/​computer related needs.

After being jerked around by Best Buy’s «Geek Squad» I ended up going to Data Doctors (SE corner of FLW & Thompson Peak next to the Water Store) who I now highly recommend.
The Geek Squad apparently couldn’t handle the extremely complex swap out of a simple fan (note the sarcasm) but the Data Doctors got it done in 2 hours. What’s funny is that Geek Squad said it COULDN’T BE DONE. Well, I guess they were wrong. Data Doctors got it done on the same day.
They swapped out the fan in 2 hours without a single issue. Yes they do charge more than Geek Squad. I guess you get what you pay for. Also, there is no waiting time at Data Doctors. You walk in and someone is helping you almost immediately.
