We moved into a house that already had some closets done with Classy Closets so we figured we’d continue to use them. It was a bad experience. They didn’t get the order correct and it took four tries and months to get it right. They lost the original drawing. The installation crew didn’t show up they day they were scheduled. We rescheduled and the installation crew showed up hours early. When they showed up, they had the wrong drawing and the wrong materials. We had to reschedule AGAIN. When they showed up again, they still were missing parts. It finally got done after four tries. A month later the hamper that was installed fell off the wall. I do not recommend this company.
