Jen is The best at what she does and that’s a thorough deep cleaning! She goes beyond expectations and will leave you happy and proud to be in your home.

I highly recommend Jen! She has been cleaning my house for a few months and does a great job each time. My house is spotless when she is done! She even always asks if there is anything else that I want done or something she missed (but there never is because she cleans everything spotless!). I always thought of myself as a clean freak and perfectionist, but she puts me to shame. I can’t say enough good things about Jen and the work she does.

I don’t write reviews often, but I do it when someone really deserves it. I have vacation rentals in AZ and I live in CA. The properties are in high demand and new guests are coming in all the time. It has to be «hotel ready» as some guests will pick on the smallest details. BB cleaning has not only been extremely reliable for me, I have received a compliment from almost every guest about the attention to detail and cleanliness of the home. In some cases, they were left with a very small window of time to clean it between guests, and some stay up to 2 months at a time! They have pulled through every time like clockwork and have played a significant role in customer service that has been provided to my guests. Jen and her team have become a valuable asset to me and would recommend them to anyone looking for even a basic cleaning. I am confident that you will not be disappointed!

Jen is absolutely fantastic! I downsized from a large house to a small apartment. I was overwhelmed with having to decide what could go and what could stay. Jen jumped right in and did in a few days what would have literally taken me months. She also helped stage and cleaned the house weekly. Being a single guy with a 100 pound dog, a 7 year old, and working from home causes my house to be a disaster. Jen did an excellent job of keeping the house looking like it belonged in a magazine. It sold in less than a week.

Jen has been cleaning my house for almost a year now. I’ve had countless house cleaners and cleaning services that disappoint. Jen is hands down the best! She is always going above and beyond AND asks if there is anything else I need or has been missed. She is also very honest and trustworthy. I gave her a key to my house a few months ago because I needed to travel for work during my scheduled service, and it was so fantastic to come home to a spotless house!!! Do yourself a favor and call her stat!
