1 One Armor

I recently bought a 2016 Altima. There was a single flaw in the tint job. I called the dealership and soon after I received a call from the general manager, Kenny. He was super nice and accommodating! He sent a really nice and detail oriented man, Tim, to do the repair at my home. Tim saw some flaws in the tint job and ended up replacing about 75% of the car’s tint. He closed by giving me his card and asking me to call him if there are any future problems. I didn’t know until I later looked at Tim’s business card, but he is an operation’s manager. To think that the general manager sent his operations manager to do my car amazes me and speaks volumes about the company’s values! Kindness, quality of work and integrity come to mind. Tim explained that when his company’s techs do tint at the dealerships, they don’t have the benefit of a controlled environment, like when Tim re-​worked my tint in my garage. Tim continued to explain that the dust of doing tint in Arizona makes it somewhat challenging without protection from wind and dust. I give One Armor a 10+!

I recently bought a new Z71 Colorado and I contacted Hugh, the owner of One Armor, to see about getting the Chip Bra. I have known Hugh for about 13 years and he only sells the finest products and he stands behind what he sells. Kenny, the gm, and the guys in the shop are all very knowledgeable and experienced installers and they did an awesome job. One Armor is an extraordinary company! Their customer service is awesome! I contacted Hugh yesterday after I was going to pick up my car from a service and was very disappointed at how my car looked! I left my car all night at the dealer so that it could be done again! He personally sent a trainer to detail my car and when I picked it up today, my car looked brand new and felt like I had just purchased it! This product and program is definitely 100% worth purchasing for a new vehicle and if I was to purchase another vehicle and was offered this program I would definitely with no hesitation purchase it for that car as well!
