This review is long overdue. I contracted Mike a few years ago to remodel my master bath into my dream bath. This was after getting 3 quotes. I decided to go with Mike not because he had a reasonable quote (which he did) but because he was so incredibly detail minded. I was very specific on what I wanted but I must admit I was incredibly busy with work travel so was out of pocket most of those few weeks the work was to be done. One example of Mike’s attention to detail was on the tile work trim. The tiler had used the same grout as the white main tiles for the trim but as he got to know my style he didn’t think I would be happy with the results so he called me immediately and sent me photos. I confirmed right away I didn’t like it and it was re-​done to my liking. How awesome is that? Needless to say I got my dream bath and in fact I am fairly certain it was the selling factor when we decided to move. Check out my photo I think you’d agree it is fabulous work.
Needless to say I asked Mike to remodel my new fixer upper. I am sure it was no easy task since he had to do this in 3 phases because we needed to move in just 4 weeks after construction started so he had to block out a portion of the home for us. He kept the same attention to detail as he did with the bath. I was always comfortable with his and his team’s work as I got continuous progress reports and pictures. On the rare occasion there was a miscommunication it was addressed immediately. Mike was very good in helping us make decisions as we had to move quickly on just about everything and we did not have an architect/​designer holding our hands all along the way (I had limited architect services which is the only thing I would do differently in the future).
After a successful 3 phase rebuild of our home, I had Mike come back yet again to build a beautiful patio overhang for our backyard. It has made our backyard THE destination for our family this past summer and we couldn’t be happier with the work!
I trust Mike fully and would recommend him to anyone that is looking to remodel their home. He takes great pride in his work and treats his customers with outstanding service.
