RUN the other way!!! I did not attend a meeting at work today so that I could be here during the window of time that I was given for my maintenance call. I phoned them at the beginning of the window when I was told that they were running late and then again after the window of time had passed and was told that they were tied-​up with problem calls. It was in the 60’s today and will not go below freezing tonight so no emergencies, they just overbooked! This is not the first time that this situation has occurred. This used to be a wonderful company until D A Bennett took over!

I had my scheduled maintenance on my HVAC system. The technician was friendly, courteous, professional and very thorough, inspecting and cleaning the various parts of the system. Jeremy answered all my questions and explained the operation of some of those parts and features that I was unfamiliar with. My prior experience with this firm has been excellent. I sincerely hope that Jeremy is assigned for our scheduled maintenance in the Spring.

Had to replace an exterior Lam beam, maybe 5 ft long. Charged me $ 700+ dollars for a few hours work and nil material cost. Two yrs later the trim is warping because it was not secured properly. The 1 year warrantee is up so it’s not their problem. Not impressed.

Very dependable and professional service by «Service Experts», the new name for DA BENNETT and ROLAND J DOWN. Annual maintenance contract is the way to go. Never had a problem getting an emergency visit within 24 hours with it.

Lack of responsiveness called them 5 times over a week and they never responded back to my calls. This was after an air conditioner check up where the compressor failed. Gave me a very high price to replace this part never mentioned the service plus contract discount. I will never use them again!
Follow up had another service company in they found wires connected wrong and 1 off completely! They reconnected wires and it works fine! I called Service Experts and the agreed to compensate me for second companies service call.
Never again…
