Just wasted $ 4 there on coffee. Asked for Café Macchiato and the lady asked me if I want sweetened or not. First of all I confirmed with her that its just espresso and milk. She said yes. And I told her that I would like it NOT sweetened and no flavors. Spent there 10 minutes waiting for it and when I got to my office and tried it tasted awful. Like regular drip coffee with a lot of fake creamer. SUPER sweet and nasty, I should add that the sandwiches that I got there before were not bad. Definitely suggest to add description to the coffee menu or improve the quality of the drinks. $ 4 is a Starbucks level coffee. On a positive note they have a great customer service.

These bagel sandwiches have got to be the best you’ll try around these parts. The menu isn’t anything crazy but they offer some variety of options especially for the picky people like my husband and I. I didn’t expect much out of a bagel stand, but was pleasantly surprised. I’ve tried herby turkey, Santa Fe, Italian, pastrami, and the iced latte. The special sauce they put in each bagel sandwich is SODELICIOUS and I can never pin point exactly what it’s made up of. The coffee is pretty decent nothing too special but definitely drinkable. The service is usually good, the wait not so much. Just be prepared to wait 15 – 20 minutes at the least. I think it’s worth the wait personally.

The only downside is you can end up waiting for 20 – 30 minutes on some mornings. Great place to eat. Uncle who runs the shop is very genuine and kind. The bagel is the best feature, I think: different flavored cream cheese like strawberry, wrapped in foil to keep it nice and warm, and more than enough spreading… not space at all! Coffee is also delicious, better than Starbucks in my opinion.

I’ve been here several times and really enjoyed the food(always getting their bagel sandwiches which were delicious!) However the last two times I went for breakfast and ordered the croissant egg & cheese it came burnt like no other. Not to mention I had to wait 25 min for my food as they are extremely busy in the morning! I couldn’t believe that they even brought that bag to me with a severely burnt croissant and thought a customer would be okay with eating that. I did not have time to return my order after waiting 25 min and on my way to work! Next time I will be sure to state that I don’t want my croissant burnt! I also witnessed the owner correcting a order that was made wrong using his bare hands to add bacon to the bagel.

The owner had a very poor attitude and was mad because he had to remake my drink he said he would remake it by had and attitude and was arguing with me for a business owner that is wrong. The food is good but poor customer service from the manger and owner

I love this place. Come here at least two times a week when I have the time. The wait is pretty crazy, though. I never know which would be faster, drive thru or walk up. Once I got the wrong order completely which was pretty upsetting because I had already waited 20+ minutes and was running late so I couldn’t ask for them to fix it.

This is the second time I came here within the last month. I’ve been here a couple times but have never experienced waiting and not being acknowledged for 10 minutes when I’m next up. While standing at the window I’ve witnessed the guy with the ponytail(I guess he’s the owner) using no gloves. No hair net. I just went to Popeyes.

I’ve never drank coffee regularly until I tried these guys. I usually get the iced double shot vanilla expresso and it’s made to perfection each and every time. The blt’s are awesome as well. Rich’s don’t try to cheat you when it comes to plying that bacon on. However my only con is that there’s going to be a little wait but it’s well worth it.

Thought I’d give this place a try since I had an hour to kill before work. You need about 20 – 40 mins to get coffee/food here. I understand it’s a small place with a drive thru and walk up window and only 3 ppl working on a Thursday morning at 8 but the wait is excessive. I pulled up at 810 with two cars ahead of me and drive off with coffee and a plain bagel with cream cheese at 843! Great tasting espresso based coffee and prices are comparable to that«other» big coffee house but they get you on add-ons for flavor. So, if you’re a plain latte/americano type then you could save almost a dollar on your coffee. Even with flavor you save almost 50 cents. Great bagel sandwich options but expect to wait over 20 minutes in the drive thru for it! Employees were really nice. I’d try this place again during off peak times only though. Had to take a star for that horrendous wait time!

Coffee, Food & Service is AWESOME! The Girls are Really GREAT!!! Customer Service #1 They make you feel special. If you have to wait too long(they cook FRESH right there), they comp you for the next time. Comments about the Owner, he is a long time Football Coach, so some people can’t handle gruff talk that Coach’s are use to. He’s actually a very cool guy! People that complain expect too much when they’re busy or just don’t like local owners. I tried it once and I go everyday for breakfast!

Perfect coffee!!! White Mocha was delicious, perfect blend of everything. Much better than the franchise coffee shops. My new favorite spot, can’t wait to try the bagel sandwiches!

I have been a loyal custmer until today and I will never eat here again. Today I pulled up to the drive thru window durning my lunch break and asked for a Herby turkey. The owner then said they were out of veggies. I then asked just to confirm if that meant they were out of lettuce and tomato. He then«laughed» and said rudely” we are out of all veggies including lettuce and tomato”. The look on his face was that of annoyance and he treated me like I was an idiot. He was very disrespectful towards me, a loyal customer, and he did this in front of my family. I will never suggest to other people to eat there. A person who knows nothing about customer service should not be allowed to run a business.

I love the Sante Fe bagel. It’s just expensive. It’s like $ 5 – 6 fir just a sandwhich. But ya I still go back.

In the morning, I tend to forget to grab breakfast at home. So on my way to work I try to stop by a place and grab something. Now when you get in Schofield there really isn’t many choices to pick if you want FAST and YUMMY. It’s either grab a cup of noodles from the store, go through burger king for the lame cup of Joe OR drive more in the base until you are lost to find the PX just to get Starbucks. I simply do NOT have time for all that. THEN I found Rich’s Daily Grind and Bagel one day. Since then I have been hooked. Anyhow, to sum it all up, I’ve compiled a list of reasons to try this place if you are ever in Schofield Barracks :) Top 10 Reasons to go: 10. You know they are fast when they have more cars than the burger king, but miraculously make it to work on time!(whoo hoo!) 9. They have coffee, tea, smoothies of all sizes and flavors for a little tiny box on a parking lot. 8. They have the fatty bagels and big sandwiches made to order 7. They are open early and are ready to serve! 6. You can call in advance and place your order.(If you are smart, you’d do that) 5. The Staff are super friendly and perky! Exactly the energy I need in the morning to start the day right! 4. Their Chai Latte is so good I can’t stop dreaming about it. 3, They have a drive thru window! 2. It’s like Starbuck’s and local weaved together. What more would you want! 1. Have I mentioned how much I LOVED the Chai Latte?!

A great little spot to grab breakfast, lunch or a latte. The service is fast and the breakfast sandwiches are great. The prices can be a little steep but its well worth it. You can walk up or go to the drive up window. The place is pretty easy to miss. It’s located in the Burger King /Popeyes parking lot on Schofield.
