I ordered a Large Vegetable Lo Mein and the delivery time was supposed to be 45 min at least. Food got here in 20 minutes and was piping hot. It was well cooked, I would’ve like a bit more heat but that’s about it. Word of advice – if you’re alone, don’t order the large unless you’re ridiculously hungry.

Solid typical Chinese food. Their chicken fried rice is very tasty, and they had a deal going on where we got it for free! Egg rolls could have been better and more filled, but the crab rangoons were very tasty. The mushu was very tasty as well, but it didn’t come with much shrimp and only two wrappers. They have lemonade and iced tea for only $ 1, which is awesome. Overall good, would eat again.

A trip to Chicago would not complete without a visit or delivery from the Chinese Kitchen. I frequently stay at the Westin O’Hare. The food is fresh and delicious. Their egg rolls are the best that I ever had. I always order extra to take home with me. If you choose to dine in the décor is simple. Go to the counter and order your food. They bring it to your table. Delivery is fast and efficient. The staff is friendly and fun.

Love this place. The staff is very professional and their delivery drivers are VERY friendly! Great people all around! Delivery is ALWAYS right on time!!! The food is good for American Chinese food and it always tastes great! Prices are competitive and they have great coupons! Customer service is likewise fantastic. I once confused one dish for another and they made the one I meant to order for free!

Food was great. Very large portions. Delivery was pretty quick, considering the weather was bad.

I don’t even know how to start reviewing this place. Every time I think about my experience, I can’t help but to chuckle at being bamboozled into coming here because from the good reviews and the fact that my friend said it was good. After all, this place is like the 7th best Chinese restaurant in the U.S. Or maybe it was Chicago? Or maybe just around the area, I have no idea. The reviews clouded my judgement and even though I rarely eat at Chinese takeout places, I decided to trust my friend(soon to be ex friend after this place) and took the plunge. I want to make it known that although I rarely eat at take out Chinese restaurants like this one, I still eat it on occasion and do not compare it to what you would expect to find in Chinatown. I’m all for sesame, orange, and General Tso’s chicken or any military-ranking chicken for that matter and judge these places separately. As long as the food is made well with good ingredients, I could care less if it’s «authentic» or not. I ordered the broccoli and beef with fried rice and a small hot and sour soup. I opened up my container and find my broccoli and beef just swimming in sauce. The broccoli was both drowning yet floating around my beef. The problem with this is that there’s already so much sodium in the sauce which is made primarily from soy sauce that anything more than a gentle coating of the sauce on the broccoli and beef completely destroys the taste with salt. And there was probably a half cup of the sauce at the bottom of my container after I safely scooped up the meat and broccoli onto the lid of the container. Because it was so salty, the fried rice had absolutely no taste afterwards. You might as well give me steam rice because that’s what it tasted like in comparison. The only redeeming factor was the egg roll which was a big, crunchy distraction from the soft, mushy broccoli. The hot and sour soup now. Let me tell you about this soup. It was just pure vinegar to the point where I couldn’t drink any more. I just started scooping out the meat and veggies inside and eating it with my egg roll. Between the salt and the vinegar assaulting me, I couldn’t even finish my meal and my stomach hurt for the entire day afterwards. But this was just my own experience. Because all the meanwhile I’m looking at my friend just happily devouring his kung pao shrimp with a goofy grin and voluntarily pouring EXTRA soy sauce packets on his rice and entrée. I don’t get this. It’s like me pouring ketchup on spaghetti sauce but I’ll forgive him because he’s my buddy. This place must have been ranked #7 in a 2 mile radius because it was far from great.

Funny story, apparently in Schiller Park there is a Chinese Chef and a Chinese Kitchen, this I did not know. Sorry Chef, yes I went there first to pick up my order. Just down the road was Kitchen, I used Eat24 through Unilocal to order and the process was a breeze, even down to the pickup countdown counter. The food portions were decent and the order was delivered exactly as ordered and pickup was no fuss no muss. I have and would order from both locations again. Tip — my daughter says the crab ragoons are better at Kitchen and she’s the expert ;)

Picked them at random for dinner and we loved it! I got beef with broccoli and it was the best I’ve ever had. My daughter loved her sweet and sour chicken and my girlfriend’s General Tso’s chicken was on point. I would highly recommend giving it a shot if you are in the area.

Fantastic! I’ve never had the Chinese food made like this. It’s done so perfectly! Not saturated in grease, but still cooked and tastes right. This is the best Chinese place I’ve found to date. Things that you have to try: egg rolls and the crab Rangoon.

Decent Chinese food that comes quick and in large proportions. The selection is large and the prices are good. Get the fried fish!

Would of gave this place 5 stars if recently I did not have a slight stomach ache the next day. Chinese food is legit and made lighter without being so greasy. Crab Rangoon some of the best I’ve had. Usually my go to spot in the area. Chicken is not dicey and chewy as some places. I strong recommend this place and I’m hoping the stomach issues were a fluke.

I typically get lunch here weekly. Foods ready typically within 10 – 15 minutes of when I call it in and is very good. Staff is very nice and always pleasant. Would definitely recommend the Sesame Chicken, Orange Chicken or Mongolian Beef lunch special.

The best Chinese place I have ever been too. The chef’s noodles are super good, and of course NO one even comes close to their orange chicken. They expanded and remodeled recently so now it’s a nice place to sit down. Came here once for lunch and the lady was letting all the customers try their soup of the day. Really friendly staff and fresh chinese food. I get take out from here all the time and would never go any place else for my chinese. Whenever I call in, they always say 15 – 20 minutes but they have my order ready in 10.

Distant from O’Hare airport: Less than 10 minutes by car. The inside of the restaurant is bright and welcoming. There were tons of items on the menu to choose from. On one of the walls were pictures of some of the dishes from the menu. They also have smoothies. There were plenty of seating with only a few diners and a constant stream of customers dropping by to carry out their food. The main reason I came to check this place out was for the salt and pepper pork. My order: Crab Rangoon(4) $ 3.35 — Good texture with a decent filling. Hot and Sour Soup(Large) $ 4.35 — The portion is huge and can easily feed 4. I would even go as far as it feeding 14 people since I didn’t want any more after trying a few spoonful. I wasn’t a fan of this soup as it had a strange flavor. I also pulled out what seemed to be a piece of plastic from my mouth. It could have been shrimp shell, but there were no shrimp of that size in the soup. Salt n Pepper Pork Chop $ 9.05 — Big portion, flavors and texture are ok. Mushroom Supreme $ 9.85 — Big portion, the ingredients are exciting(mushrooms and pea pods), but the reality is very bland. Bottled Water $ 1.25 The food was not bad but not great. Would I come back here for dinner? Maybe is it was in my neighborhood, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here.
