Liquidation Guys

I ordered a bed from them and was told it could be delivered and installed in 1 – 2 weeks. About 2 weeks later I called and was told «It’s on the way, we’re not sure when it will get here». I called a week later and was told that it would be there «in the next few days». I called again at the end of the week and I was told «I think your item was on back stock, that’s why it’s late». I called again a few days later and was told «it will defiantly be here by the end of the week. The following Monday after again not hearing from them, I called them. It had been over a month since placing my order. I asked for a refund because I was tired of the run around. I was told that my bed was there and that they could deliver it tomorrow. I asked them for a guarantee. They guaranteed my delivery for Tuesday before 3pm. It never showed. In fact, my husband called them at about 230 on Tuesday and was told «we’re looking for all the parts to the bed in the warehouse». WHAT??? At 530pm on Tuesday I asked for my refund.
Do you really want to put yourself through this misery? Their prices are not that great to put up with this kind of customer service.

Went to a few stores before we came here. The lady Dyane was wonderful. She greeted us upon entering the store. We walked through and saw a few things they had on stock. This location is about 2 years old. It use to be a flooring store which is still on the other side of the building.
I brought in all my paint swatches in and laid them all over the couch. I found the paint to match the couch. We left purchasing a sofa, love seat, and chair they are more of a furniture fleet company. The couch we wanted ended up being out we returned to look at other and we fell in love with a Broyhill. Broyhill is more of a custom couch. Color and style of your choice. Made to order. Since it will be my in laws Christmas present we have time for a custom to be ordered. It was also far cheaper than other big commercialized store. I would recommend this place. It may not be a show room but its worth visiting. Talk to Dyane or Mike. They are wonderful.
