It is rare to find a wide variety of craft beer at any beer store in Schenectady. Uptown has really raised the bar. I’d love to see a few more sours gracing the shelves, but with so many beauties on the shelf(Hop Slam? Worldwide Stout? Samiclaus? Check, check and check) I can’t complain. Best part is so much is cold. Tons of fridge space. The selection may not be as wide ranging as Westmere, but for Schenectady, unless you’re headed to the Bier Abbé, this is THE best bet.
