Basically, they had a great selection of granite for countertops. I paid an extra $ 300 for them to do the measuring, cutting and installing of a bathroom counter and backsplash. They screwed up cutting the countertop and had to recut one from the same slab. Then they screwed up cutting the backsplash, which they never did finish installing and they could not recut because they ran out of stone. So I had to keep a mis-​cut backsplash. Their solution to my problem? Don’t return calls. The customer will eventually go away. When I finally got hold of their manager, he offered me an insulting $ 200 refund with an ultimatum to never both him again. These guys are the worst!
