My son has gone to this daycare for a year. He started out in the Infant Room (at 13 mos) and it went really well. The teachers were great and they really seemed to care about the kids. They schedule was ‘on demand’, and the teachers tried hard to follow the feeding/​sleep schedule we had at home. We were lucky that our son had the same two teachers throughout his stay in the Infant Room — he really grew close to the teachers. Yes, he did get sick a lot, but we were expecting that. Sickness was the typical cold and/​or stomach bug. We were fortunate to not have anything more serious than that. At 18 or 19 months, he moved up to the Toddler Room… and that’s where some of our issues began. For one thing, the teacher turnover has been extremely high — a new teacher every two months. Also, there has been management turnover, with a at least two new directors. It’s hard on the kids to have to deal with a new face every month… they get used to one teacher and then all of a sudden, there’s a new one. There has been a lack of organization lately, mostly due to the teacher turnover. I have also noticed that the ratio of teachers to kids is sometimes off (too many kids, too few teachers)…and the teachers seem overwhelmed. When I pick up my son, I do notice a lot of kids look unkempt, with their noses running that no one has bothered to wipe… it can be a bit unnerving. The good thing is that the classrooms are well equipped with a lot of toys and the kids do a lot of activities (art work, music, books, etc). I don’t believe the teachers are paid very well (minimum wage at best)…and I don’t blame them for leaving for better opportunities… but like I said… it’s tough on the kids. Food has been OK — they do give the kids fruits and veggies, but it’s the canned variety. A typical breakfast snack is rice krispies… lunch is turkey franks… afternoon snack is goldfish crackers… etc. Price is about $ 970/​month (toddler room).

Terrible! My friends son who is 5 went there. There is ZERO organization. ZERO discipline basically just let them run around. Plus he constantly had STREP. Four times!!!
I believe it’s not cleaned properly and the staff are just babysitters who don’t really care much. Just a blame the kids for everything. There is ZERO control. Save your 208 $ a week!!!
