The previous reviewers comments regarding the condition of the office are correct. I went in to get fitted for new orthotics on March 6, 2014 and paid a deposit of 150.00. I was told by Dr. Baumgarten that the new orthotics would arrive in about three or four weeks. It is now May 13. I have never received a call from his office. I have left 6 messages on his answering machine inquiring about my orthotics. My phone calls have never been returned. I went to the office, in Clifton Park and it was locked and empty during posted business hours. There is a real estate for sale sign next to the building. I hear he has another location in Schenectady. Maybe he is practicing there, maybe he has just left town with his clients money, I don’t know. If you should find this guy practicing in the area, do yourself a favor and find a different podiatrist.
