The Disney Store

Simply love this store. They have made it such a happy place to be. Everyone over there is so helpful. You really end up buying the whole store not only because of the product but because of the awesome customer service.

This was a pretty decent store, they had some collection of toys and clothes. We were picking up birthday gifts for two one year old boys and there were a couple of cute clothes that we got. The ladies in the store were helpful with the questions we had.

We came to this store to have my daughter open the store. The staff was awesome! They were all talking to her before they were even on the clock. They made such a big deal out of it, and it made my daughter really happy, and proud. Excellent!

I was torn on how to rate this. I took two stores off because the obvious presence of influence by corporate stooges who breathe down the neck of the poor retail workers. I should know, I spent much of my youth in their position. The overtones of scripts that are forced upon employees is painfully obvious. Which is quite dumb considering people that work there really do seem to love it despite repeating «are we putting this on a disney visa?», «have an enchanted day», «next (insert weird word for customer) here».
Very friendly staff, enjoyable experience none-​the-​less.

My name is Carla and I am a Disney freak.
So much so that I live in Florida, have passes to the parks and STILL wander in to the store in Schaumburg to see what delightful things I can find.
I am an addict, it is true. Even though I couldn’t find anything worth lugging back to Miami, it was just so much fun to browse and get some of that honest to goodness Disney service. I love it.
This is the biggest Disney Store I have ever been in and the size doesn’t hurt the service. Good job!

Ah, the Disney Store.
The Disney Store to me is what Sephora is to most men. Of course, I went in with a list (Rapunzel dress + wig for my 4-​year-​old niece), but finding said components is an entirely different matter. Luckily, I wear expression on my face (read: befuddlement) and the kind store associate took notice immediately. She asked me what I was looking for and escorted me to the appropriate section. Score!
Unfortunately, they didn’t have the dress in my niece’s size. I did find the wig though, and surprisingly, it was on sale. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5-​star experience in my book is that no one offered to find out if the downtown stores carry said size (I mentioned my plight to the counter associate as well). But, this store is very well-​organized, clean, and far less crazy than any other Disney Store I’ve visited! So stay off of Michigan Ave during the holiday season if you can and make a beeline on 90W for Schamumburg.

In my humble opinion, this is the best Disney Store in Chicagoland. The employees are always extremely nice, they have the best selection, cleanest store. They always have some great deals on Disney merchandise. Sometimes they will even have employees reading a book to the children or handing out stickers. Always a great experience shopping at this Disney Store!

This disney store is located second level of woodfield mall. it’s packed with disney items… must be parents nightmare and kids dream land.
Clients gave up searching for zhu zhu, and settled for disney (it’s already 9pm). He was actually very happy to find the xmas special items at disney store. Sales staff were friendly and helpful.
