Absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I feel disgusted to even give them this one star. I bought two items from Guess equaling about 600 dollars. Took them home ended up not wearing them. So decided to take them back 22 days after I purchased them. Because like ANY store in this great nation if they have a policy for returns its 30 days. Which is what the receipt I received from guess specifically said. They didn’t let me return the items because they said they have a 14 day policy. Mind you I’ve been shopping at the store for over 12 years. I just never had to make a return. Because this greedy company will do anything to turn down a return. I am not one to usually even return anything. In my 12 years shopping there I never ever did. Infuriated with this I called corporate about 15 times with absolutely NO result. All they did was tell me the regional manager would contact me. Which she never ever did. I will continue to bug them for however long it takes for them to hear me out. I am ashamed that as a customer I have to go through this. Most unprofessional company I have ever in my life has to deal with. I will NEVER shop at any Guess store again.

I went in to return something I purchased online. The staff was friendly, an unfortunate redheaded manager was very unpleasant. I was speaking with an associate regarding an exchange I wanted to make. The manager interrupted saying I wouldn’t be able to make the exchange, when in reality I knew I could. In the end she did the exchange ;after the fact I reminded her I was aware of their policy and I could in fact make the exchange. Either way, I like Guess clothes, but this store would benefit from a non ignorant manager.

Wont be coming here again. Sure the staff seems nice when you walk in. I found a piece of jewerly for 9.99. I had a wrapp application gift card«labled gift card» and went to use it. It was a 10 dollar gift card. Then they wouldnt take it because it was a penny off. Im standing there saying– ok look your TERMSANDCONDITIONS do NOT say the purchase has to be PRETAX. A gift card should be used however I want. I like that piece of jewelry a lot. I called corporate. They reviewed it, talked to the store, and decided to honor it. Just 2 days later making today the day– I called the store to make sure the jewelry was still in stock. The guy said no. Im pretty sure that they knew who I was and decided to play games with me and say its not because they knew I wanted to come in and get it. I told the guy I hope you arent lying to me and he said no. I mean what are the chances that 1 random piece of jewerly gets sold in 2 days. I dont have proof because for all I know they could be hiding it. Im pretty dissapointed in the Guess company. It took some time to get corporate to figure it out and when they did the store isnt cooperating. If you want to participate in a free gift card program like Wrapp you NEEDTOHONOR what it is and if you want to restrict usage you PUTITINTHETERMSANDCONDITIONSCLEARLY! i havent had any problems using the other stores that are on Wrapp. Why is Guess so problematic?

Poor customer service from the manager. Failing to own an issue from start to finish. Instead asked me to purchase an item full price and then call customer service on Monday to get the discount being offered on Saturday, if I qualify… really! They couldnt find me in the system any yet i do get their text msg for the sale going on All day saturday. Somebody needs to teach this young man the basics to customer service. Worst customer service experience ever!

In my opinion, Guess is a great alternative if you can’t find anything you love at Bebe. The pricing is similar(e.g. around $ 100 for jeans, $ 60 for a corset top at both places) and the styles are also meant to cling to your curves in a flattering, feminine way. I personally prefer the clothes at Bebe because Guess is technically a «juniors» store(e.g. dresses are sized 5÷7÷9 etc.), but I still love shopping here for sexy, wearable shoes, jeans and purses.

Wow, talk about good customer service! I don’t normally go into Guess, but I saw this adorable shirt on a mannequin and had to try it on! The people there were so helpful and there was even a sale rep walking around with a tray of hot chocolate to give out. On a side note: They have amazing shoes!
