As a small business consultant for several businesses, I know when I come across a trusted company. Bar none, eBizuniverse is my online marketing go-​to. I was looking to expand my business and was looking for a firm that could handle my online marketing. After having disappointing results with a couple of other firms who promised me the moon and couldn’t deliver I was careful who I was going to go with this time. What I liked about ebiz was that they were very upfront with me. I was made aware that SEO is a long term process and I need to be patient as results don’t happen overnight. Now I’m getting them to design two other websites for my other businesses and I have recommended them to a couple if my business contacts. I like that they offered me discounts on these two projects and agreed to do another non profit website (newest venture to help the poor and needy) for free.

Sold us on a website talked about how we needed more meta data and more content and could use a new website. We bought their services and find out a year later from a professional web designer that our website had less meta data than our old website and the content and design were all done by us. So all they did was throw something together that I could have done myself on one of those free website builder. Thomas is a great salesman but not all salesmen are trust worthy and unfortunately for us we found out after the check was cashed. Also, the older gentleman was in our office weekly pestering us for final payment before we even saw a draft of what we were paying for.
