If you’re looking for the freshest salads and gluten free pizza, look no further!
Daniel’s truck comes every Thursday evening to One Arlington to serve up his amazing salads!
For those who posted a bad review, did you even eat there?!
Daniel makes his salads by hand and puts love and care into each salad he creates!
This week I tried the Watermelon Summer Salad. (Watermelon, Cucumber, Onion, Tomato, and Pine Nuts)
All the fruits, veggies, and lettuce is hand cut and made on the truck. No pre-​made salads here!
The salad was fresh and bursting with flavor. The salad was served with this amazing green dressing that was light and refreshing. The salad was HUGE! I could never put down the whole salad myself! The combo of fruit and veggies was out of this world! The prices are extremely affordable, considering the portion sizes!
I look forward to trying the Paleo Pizza! (Gluten Free, Grain Free). The Paleo pizza is served with cheese, or cheese and ground beef. His salads rotate occasionally.
If you’re looking for an AMAZING salad, look no further!

Ok– time for the official call. 5 star food!!!
Daniel does healthy and convenient like no other, and with a smile.
Every week Thursday, I rush home to order more and more. Favorites are the steak salad, buffalo salad and summer salad.
I ordered 4 today. The food is fresh and uncompromising.
I’m so happy he (Daniel) exists!!!

First timer. The food trucks were in Lincolnshire today and this line was the shortest. Now I know why. Pesto saiad consisted of a bowl full of lettuce with very few onion, tomatoes, etc. Not sure where the pesto come in, because I don’t think my dressing and any. Not a great salad for the $ 7.50 price. Ran out of steak within the first hour of being there. Very unorganized. I would not this again.

Daniel’s was on our campus today in Lombard. Very unprepared and disappointing. There were only 3 salad choices, no wraps, no change for people with cash and the credit card machine was on the fritz. Didn’t purchase anything so I can’t comment on the food, but really, 3 salads? Wendy’s has more offerings than that. Setting yourself up for failure.
