Love their plush cushioned chairs, staff members that are friendly, attentive and just the right amount of talkative. But the best part about serenity is their shellac manicures that really and truly last two weeks. In fact I usually go three weeks without any chipping at all.
For no extra charge you get a five-​minute back rub with any service.

This was my second time at Serenity, and it was ok. The good aspects are that there are plenty of spaces, so it’s good to go if you have a group of friends. They also have a great selection of nail color. Also, men work there, and I have to say that when it comes to a foot massage, I prefer the strength of a mans hand.
On the negative side is that they try to tack on extra services, that can add up. For example if you get a pedicure, it’s an extra 8 bucks for callous remover; which at most places is standard. Also, most of the staff aren’t proficient in English, so communication is difficult if English is your first language.
I suggest that if you go, be clear up front what services you want, get a price, and then you’ll be ok.
