The salon is wonderful and Robert and staff are amazing with color and cuts. I work in the city now and will not change salon’s even though it’s less convenient to get to Salon 421 because I won’t mess with a good thing! Highly recommend.

Bought a Groupon for a cut and dry. The place was empty when I arrived that evening, so the service was prompt. The stylists are all really nice. I forgot the name of the one who did my hair, but she was helpful in talking out how I wanted my new style to be, and giving tips on extending the blowout. I never felt shorted because I was a Groupon customer. Will keep this place in mind for the next cut!

Went today with a groupon. My hair was a mess with different colors. They were awesome. I will be going back! Lovely people. Very caring and made you feel comfortable. I feel like a new person!!! Thank you salon 421!

I went there to high light my hair. My high light turned out orange!!! Pleasent place, but bad hair colorist!!! Will not recommend this place for coloring you hair.

I had a Groupon deal for deep conditioning, haircut and blow-​dry. The place is very neat, clean and modern. Making an appointment, not hard at all. They will try to accommodate you no matter what. Finding the place is not hard either, and parking is a plus!!! My hairstylist is very nice and had suggestions based on my hair type. So why only 4 stars? Once I have tried all of their service, like color and etc I may be able to give a fair score.
