This review is about Banana republic in general. I have been to a few different ones because I hated what I saw at this one. I then went to Ridge hill and the merchandise there was just as awful. I said something to the sales person and she said that BR has a new designer! I think the new styles are dowdy boring and drab bring back the previous designer!

Just like to say store 8115 provides great service. I was on vacation from TX. Marvin went out of his way to lookup a pair of pants to see if Banana Republic still carried them. Marvin was terrific!

I was surprised to see the other reviews about this locations. It’s small but in an area with little traffic. I’m a fan of Banana in general. They always have sales and on our visit today we lucked out as usual. The customer service is always on point. The older sales ladies were very touchy feely with my boyfriend so I had to watch them close. Had a good experience.

Came here on a weekend and the place was crowded. Kids running underfoot everywhere with no parents to be found. Coincidentally, there were no sales people to be found anywhere either, particularly when I had a simple question about sizing. Of course they didn’t have the size and style of something very basic that I was looking for.

This is not the first time it happens to me and perhaps is my fault because I didn’t want to believe that this kind of practices still exist in shops such as Banana Republic.
They put clothes with a big sale sign (–30% in this case), but when you get to the cashier he/​she tells you «this item is not on sale». So, after explaining that there is a big sign of –30%, the sales person comes and shows you a text under the sign (no more that 8 pixels) that says: that not all the articles in that hanger are on sale. A real stupid trap. So be careful and take your magnifying glass when you shopping in Banana Rpublic

I’ve been shopping at this location for many years and YES I’m a huge fan! Sales
personnel are helpful but not over bearing. Clean, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about their inventory. This BR is on my top ten list for carrying extra small and petites items!
