Whoever I spoke to had A strong accent and just as strong of a condescending attitude. I was simply calling to get pricing for flowers for an event that I had never hosted before, her pricing was not only through the roof she was unwilling to hear what the customer wanted, completely dismissive and not understanding of trying to put together a budget and doing some homework on pricing. I understand that things are often more expensive than we anticipate but I think part of being a good business owner is trying to hear what the customer wants and quell their concerns. She suggested that if I wanted to keep things within budget I use baby breath and carnations. Really disgusted by the caliber of service.

Minoo is wonderful and her vision and execution are perfection. She’s a true creative director with a strong POV and a great eye. It would be selling her short to say she’s simply a «florist». She knows how to take your vision and create a masterpiece. I really wanted people to «feel something» when they walked into our wedding. I wanted ambience, I wanted the venue to sparkle — I didn’t want just flowers and candles. Minoo created that for us, and then some. We received so many complements on how the venue came to life. I highly recommend Minoo and her services.
