Richard did my eyebrows recently. They look great! I would recommend his work to anyone. I had been wanting to do my eyebrows for a very long time, but was afraid of the results and didn’t really want to spen the money. Finally after extended research, I found Richard Victor and decided to go for it. Now that i did it, I am so happy and feel like it’s worth every penny! The only regret I have is that I didn’t do it sooner!
