ProServe Restoration and Cleaning

Called for an estimate of clean/“Scotch Guard” for our new love-​seat. Quoted $ 69 for both. Made an appointment. 8 – 12, Monday. Servicemen arrived at 8ish. Stated that the cleaning, and variety/​brand of protectant would alter the price. He did speak quite quickly, and as they were starting the job, he was quoting a higher and higher estimate, while scribbling down on a piece of paper, with a pen that did not work.
Our inquiry included doing our car, which, over the phone was quoted at about $ 100.00, which we agreed to, but like the aforementioned re-​estimate, increased.
from what was quoted to about $ 169 job, further alterations in cost, turned into a $ 300.00 total. After we asked him to slow down and break down the «linear footage» and the variety of costs for cleaners/​brands, the final charge was $ 248.
The work done was cleaning and protecting. Our loveseat and car interior are essentially new, and clean. in the car, he cleaned so well, that the well-​used front seats matched the rarely used back seats. We are more interested in KEEPING it clean with a Scotch Guard-​like protectant.
If money is no object this company is for you. If you’re on a budget or concerned on an accurate estimate, make them slow down, write it down, and answer your questions.

I recently had my carpets cleaned due to the horrifying winter we just had. The technician came rt on time. Since my carpets were so heavily soiled I was skeptical on how they would come out. Needless to say my carpets came out amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. Great service and friendly

We got a deal through Amazon deals — what a mistake. The guy was timely, however the first thing he told us was that our carpet needed extra deep cleaning and it would cost an additional $ 100, after we had already paid $ 52. We were told that the coupon we had bought doesn’t pay for more than a very light cleaning, since there’s a very light detergent in the water. We said no. He was there maybe, 10 minutes and left. We get our rugs done by a local place — nothing fancy. This rug comes out fine each time after about 45 minutes of cleaning the 3 rooms. The rugs are old, not soiled. We complained to Amazon and they refunded our money. What a rip off and waste of time!

i hired pro serve carpet cleaning inc. to clean my carpets and my kitchen floor needed to be cleaned and shined. when the guy said your floor in kitchen is done which cost me $ 249.00 i nearly died it was dirty-​i took a rag put some of my cleaner on it in front of the guy and you should have seen the dirt come out of 1 square tile did another the same thing also no shine on the floor. i wanted this done for guests arriving this weekend because physically i cant do it myself. do not use this company the guy talks continually but that is about it!!!

I missed my first appointment but quickly rescheduled and so glad that I did. Greg was absolutely amazing. I know some may say its just carpet cleaning but its more than that. This company does a superior job to the competitors i.e., Stanley Steemer and Sears and they charge half the fees. Plus it was a one person job and not a million people running throughout my home as previous companies have had.
Im so glad that I decided to venture out… I know that this company will have a permanent place in my contact list and I will be a forever client!!!
