if you want a true winemaking education and experience this is it. The owner does a great job of walking you through the process of winemaking as well as helping you in the winemaking process. This is hands on and not rushed at all. You really do every part of the process yourself and Joe handles the cleanup.
Our wine came out terrific. We are going back for another full barrel this fall.
