Starbucks

$ 5 for a pint of water. If the water was not so aweful here (and I was tempted) i was just went for the free cup but five bucks. Highway robbery.

Neither location in the Savannah airport could process an app purchase nor did they really seem to care. As a gold star member I expected more. Poor customer service.

It’s a Starbucks, which I go to only in the absence of another coffee shop, so meh. But I give them props for at least carrying demitasse-​size to-​go cups for my double shot of espresso.

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The staff is very unorganized and seems poorly managed. I was the only one in line and it took 20 minutes to receive a venti white mocha frapp. Very disappointed and will not be back.

I know what to do. Let’s have a Starbucks in the airport that has an extremely limited supply of the foods we typically offer for passengers to (not) take onto the plane with them. Ummm is this for real? They had like 3 muffins and a scone to offer. What about all the prepackaged foods you guys sell? You don’t think people might want to buy that and bring it on the plane with them???

Once again disappointed, steamed milk 20 mins to make and only two people ahead of me.

This Starbucks is located inside Savannah/​Hilton Head International Airport. It’s in the «Savannah Square» section of the airport, the beautiful, open area with shops and restaurants, just outside security on level 2 (departures). Since this is an airport Starbucks, prices run a bit higher — about $ 5 – 6 for a tall to venti latte or mocha.
Because it’s the holidays, the shop has its holiday menu rolled out. This includes drinks such as Chestnut Praline Latte, Caramel Brulee Latte, Peppermint Mocha, Gingerbread Latte, Pumpkin Spice Latte, and Salted Caramel Mocha. Many of the same flavors are available as a Frappuccino too. I even saw a featured «Thanksgiving Blend» coffee brew even though it was after Thanksgiving.
I tried the usual iced green tea latte with 2% milk. A venti was $ 6 plus tax. Iced green tea lattes aren’t normally on the menu at Starbucks, but just about every store is equipped to make them. The lady here did a fine job mixing the syrup, milk, and matcha powder evenly and used about the right amount of ice. Despite being almost excessively milky (not enough matcha), I was satisfied with the beverage. It kept me happy on the ride home.
This Starbucks is in a nice location because you can grab a drink/​snack and relax at the Square by sitting at one of the benches or taking a stroll through the shops.

Typical Starbucks at Savannah international Airport Terminal. This is a very small Starbucks with good seating. Prices were not bad for An airport location. The Savannah airport does not have free WiFi. This is the only Starbucks I’ve ever been to without WiFi. Staff was friendly.

Fast service, good drinks, and cleanliness. How could you ask for or want more? Well, this Starbucks kiosk gives you more! I thought I was going to be paying a crazy «airport price,» but was pleasantly surprised when the cost seemed to only be marked up about $ 0.50.

Who doesn’t enjoy a cup of overpriced, slowly made coffee that comes in cup sizes too large to carry through security? Ahhh But it is yummy.
There are 2 Starbucks locations here in this airport. One before the security check point and one after. I like to come to this Starbucks and people watch. Also it is the closest Starbucks to me so…
These locations do take Gold Cards and purchases here do count for Gold Card points. They also accept promotional coupons.
Please! Don’t be rude to the staff. It isn’t their fault the plane is late, or you had a crappy flight or the airline lost your luggage. I come here often and people can just be awful. I have never had bad service at either Starbucks here and there is no reason to be hateful to the staff. Thanks!

Coffee was old and burned @ 9 and customer service was fast, but unfriendly. Oh and unless you are flying out you probably will want to skip this starbucks because it’s in the airport:/

The people that work here are always friendly and they make a great cup of coffee.
