They were very helpful and friendly and the price was good too. Keith cut me 4 new keys for my car and even helped me program it. The service here is excellent and I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will go there again for any future locksmith needs.

I called to have three locks rekeyed to match my front door. The woman I spoke to originally was very helpful in identifying what type of lock I had, and giving an estimate of price (which was spot on). She also emailed me educational materials so that I would be more educated about my locks and safety. The locksmith that came out the next day not only rekeyed the locks, but fixed a hinge that was preventing the door from latching, and turned a lock that was wrong side up over to the correct position. Sandfly Locksmith not only completed my request, but exceeded expectations. I would definitely contact them again and recommend them to others.

I stupidly locked myself out of my new house. I called them up and he was here within 10 minutes. It took him .2 seconds to get me back into my house. Not only did he get me in, he identified a couple of weak points in my door/​entry that I should probably address for the sake of security.
It is rare these days to receive service you feel is truly above and beyond the standard. These guys are awesome. And totally reasonable. They have earned my business forever.

It’s rare these days that a service call goes SO well, that’s why I felt I had to share my experience after having such terrible locksmith experiences from other companies in the Savannah area. First of all Sandfly arrived exactly when they said they would, between 20 and 30 minutes after my call, they are very presentable and courteous. My car had previously been stolen so my key situation was a mess, none of my keys worked anymore and some worked for the ignition while I had NONE that worked in my door locks.
Sandfly patiently listened to my problems and on the spot re-​keyed my whole car while I waited! I didn’t even know that was possible! Now I not only have a new electronic key but also a spare door key in case my battery dies again, that is a huge stress reliever and I didn’t even have to take my car anywhere to get it done. Not only that, but he went above and beyond and actually jumped my car as well! On top of all of that Sandfly was more reasonably priced than any other locksmith I have used. Last time I locked myself out of my house the locksmith I called took 45 minutes to get into my door and actually damaged the door of my historical home in the process. With Sandfly you would never have guessed it was just re-​keyed.
