Excellent Panang Curry! The pad Thai noodles however left something to be desired.

Absolutely outstanding. This is my favorite Thai restaurant that I have ever dined at. I can’t believe that more people have not written reviews on this restaurant. I’ve been eating here for over 5 years and it never disappoints me. I have had almost everything on the menu and haven’t been let down by anyone. The interior was recently updated and the restaurant expanded to twice the size of the original. It has a bit more«flare» to the décor but the staff remains laid back, friendly and cool. My favorite dishes are the Lad Na, Saigon Noodles, Bön Bo Xao Xa Ot, Bön Ca Ri, Cashew Nut Stir Fry, Masaman Curry, Thai Curry Noodles, Emperor Shrimp, Garlic Scallion Eggplant and of course Pad Thai. Also, for the vegetarians, their tofu is really really great. I’m going to eat here tonight. If I could eat here every night I probably would.

Hot stuff! There is a special Vietnamese dish, Sesame Noodles, made with rice noodles and veggies and beef, that I really enjoy. They have it here, and they make it really well. By that, I mean, it’s hot. The server said they have a four star scale for hotness, with one star being mild and four being hot. I asked for six. «Thai Hot, then?» «No, hotter. I didn’t see many people crying and sweating over their food in Thailand.» «Inferno! Got it!» It was great. So were the sushi rolls, which had a lot more sushi and fresh vegetables than expected. In fact, everyone had a great meal and all four of us ate for about a hundred bucks — not bad for an excellent meal, white table cloth service, and a good red wine. Note: this place is a little hard to find as of this writing, because the building’s façade is being remodeled. A black netting covers most of the area. It’s worth the extra effort, though. Especially if you like your Vietnamese food, «Inferno.»
