Terrible animal treatment. Just saw the poor horse struggling to pull huge carriage and tourists. The poor horses tongue was hanging out. Do not use this company. The carriages are way too big for the poor horses to pull alone and then add fat tourists and you can see the poor horses struggling. Sickening.
