Horrible in every way, bad customer service, bad product, careless installation, shoddy final product, worst of all they don’t take any responsibility for their mistakes.

They were great in the showroom when they were trying to get the job. Then, it all fell apart. I spent $ 1000 on a bathroom granite countertop installation. The installation job was ok, not great. Sealer was supposed to be included with install, which was not. I spent several hours after they left picking glue off, cleaning, and sealing the countertops. The undermount sink hole was not cut quite right, either. Still, I didn’t complain. My real problem is with the company not honoring a $ 500 «discount» purchased from Living Social. Even though it is NOWHERE in writing, I was informed that I would have to spend a minimum of $ 2500 to use the coupon I had purchased for $ 149(in other words, to save $ 351). The manager informed me they had a lot of problems with other customers trying to redeem the voucher for small jobs and they were losing money on the deal. She told me to call the owner. The owner has not returned my calls. When I finally got him on the phone, he literally yelled at me, saying this was the first he was hearing of a problem and no one else had an issue paying $ 2500 for the discount. Thus far, he has refused to even refund the $ 149 I spent on the voucher, let alone honor the advertised voucher. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered from a business owner. My friend was planning to use their services for a $ 40,000 kitchen remodel. Not anymore. Hope it was worth it to lose good paying customers over such pettiness!

In Savannah there are not a lot of options to actually shop for high end home finishes. Inevitably you end up with a contractor in your living room showing you polaroids and/or glamour shots of their work. Occasionally you even get offered an uncomfortable tour of their work in someone else’s home. The Miller Ceramics show room solved this issue for me. You walk in and they have sample of their work right there. They literally have full-blown kitchens, bathrooms etc built out in the show room. Beyond they shopping experience, they also do a great job. When I have the opportunity I prefer to support local businesses rather than Home Depot etc for home improvement projects. The bottom line is if you want to get some good hands-on time with someones work before you invest a lot of cash, the showroom helps a lot. These guys also do really good work.
