After a disastrous Florida flea market trip(see my Renningers review) we decided to stop on the way back up the coast at Kellers. So here’s the condensed version January 31st — chilly Sunday morning 9am Most of the antique vendors(if not ALL) very friendly and looking to make a deal– yes, there are a lot of those indoor vendors that have knickknack plastic knockoff toys and shoes-but they’re easy to avoid. Most antiques are in the outside open areas. There’s a FANTASTIC vintage jewelry lady up near the front — we made a pile amd she gave us a deal that was profitable for both sides. We also bought a few other items, all very reasonably priced. Bottom line — we would come back probably in the spring and see what else is there when weather turns warmer!

Cheap slick dealers attack you in the morning and I do mean cheap. If they can’t hurry up and resell to other inside dealers they be back looking for refund. If dealers can’t rip u off they won’t buy from you next time. Also sellouts will send American Indian cop to inspect your table. Lady that rents booths is nothing but a xxxx. You won’t believe her attitude if you never rented a spot there before. Chinese junk on the inside. Every once in awhile some traveling dealer breaks down there and sells his collectibles cheap. Pawn stars on the inner buildings with critical funds. Broken bottles for sale. Some vegetable shopping can be done though!

Never again. Everything is cheap(cheap as in poorly made and nothing you’d ever buy) and/or dirty. I really expected there to be antiques and some interesting things to look at… no. Just no. I was actually kind of scared walking through here.

So… when i used to live in Beaufort, SC back in 2012, i came here every chance i got just to go and get some fried oreos. I joined the navy a few years ago and finallu came back to get some fried oreos at about 4pm on a saturday, when they ‘close’ at 6pm. The girl at the register happily took my order while two mean caucasian men came up behind her and said«give them their money back, we are closing.» Very rudely. Everything else started shutting down shortly after that. Screw that place. All i wanted was to take a break from serving my country, and enjou some fried oreos when my hopes got shot down. Never going there again. Good Job on killing my dreams ass holes.

This place is huge and reminds me of flea markets back home in New York. Once you start it may take awhile to finish. There are numerous routes to take and if you can’t find what you are looking for than… IDK! I visited Keller’s after a weekend in Savannah for the Food & Wine Festival. On our way out, we stopped at Keller’s. Some people are selling some legit things like phone cases, chargers, wallets, belts. Other things are sometimes people old junk that they pull out of their attics or basements. But another mans trash is another mans treasure. Some of the market is outside, other parts are outside but covered. They have toys for kids that range from the decent, to the downright crappy. But you definitely should check it out if you’re in the area. I found a charger, for my samsung galaxy s5 and some toys for my kids. They have a good amount of restrooms and some food choices. I don’t know about the food, I just came for the shopping.

We made a pit stop enroute to Daytona and found a few bargains. A lot of the usual flea market new merchandise vendors. Wish there were more used junk type dealers, though.

I do love a good flea market! Although I wish there were more used stuff vendors, I do love going here. I have found some really good deals on furniture and records. It has the usual booths of knock off stuff, greasy food stands and produce stands. All the things that make the flea market awesome!

I’ve been to this flea market for so many years. Heck, I used to help my parents at their stores in this flea market. Not much has really changed over the years. There are some antique vendors, puppy mills, garage-sale-type vendors, and others. Keller’s has several different areas where you can purchase food. You can purchase brats, hot dogs, cheeseburgers, funnel cakes, pizza, fried twinkies, ice cream by scoop, and others at the various food locations throughout the flea market. To the comment below, I don’t recall when the flea market had been dominated by antique vendors. There has always been a mix of vendors since 5 years ago. Oh, and try to use the restrooms before you come. I agree with what our fellow Unilocaler said below about the bathrooms being«ratchet». Yes, you may bump into some interesting people, but mostly, there are kind people here. Please don’t steal from these honest vendors!

The best area of the flea market is the open area in the 1100 block as this is where the«yard sale» and«collectables» vendors are. The rest of the flea market is mostly socks and tee shirt resellers. It’s worth going just to see what new stuff the collectors bring!

Wow, just wow. This flea market is a true flea market, and while it’s mostly indoors, there are outdoor(covered, but definitely drafty) booths too. The place is basically a large dirt lot with a series of mismatched ‘buildings’ that culminates into a sort of maze of flea markets. Yes there are good vendors, but they’re pretty scary looking at best. The market offerings are mostly knick-knacks, and oddities(home made bullets, what?!). It was an experience. One I won’t ever repeat, but it’s going to make for a good dinner party story…

For the amount of space available I was disappointed at the quality of items and merchandise. Really nothing of interest aside from low-end nick-knacks.

99% of the vendors sell pre-packaged«crap» from China. 0.2% of the vendors are hoarders and have mountains of dust laden«stuff» from years of collecting. There’s no way they can access most of their stuff because its buried under more stuff! And all of it is over priced. 0.1% are antique dealers that are asking WAYTOOMUCH for ordinary vintage stuff! Finally, the remaining 0.7% are everyday folks just trying to make of few bucks off there stuff. BTW: There are a few doggie mills there selling pups! Can’t speak to their legitimacy but the urine stink is quite overwhelming!

This place used to be good many years ago. We returned for the first time in many years and we were disappointed. Gone were all the antique/garage sale booths and in there place were what I call«cheap china junk» booths. There are still good booths, but you have to deal with walking past all the bad booths which far outnumber the good ones. They also let puppy mills sell there animals here, which I greatly dislike.

Good deals can be found at the antique shops, but the only drawback is that they don’t ship any items. We found a cabinet that I wanted to buy but there was no way I could get it back to Los Angeles.

Well, what can I say, its a flea market full of the smells, dust, people that you typically find at flea markets. I love the people at the flea markets the most, you wont find real people like this any place else. We went on a Sunday, got there around eight, apparently this flea market gets a late start since there were not a lot of vendors there yet. Had a lot of greasy spoon type restaurants so if your hungry, pig out! Its a flea market…
