Firestone Tire & Service Centers

This is the place where they bully single women and tell them they need more than they do. Avoid at all costs unless you like that kind of treatment. I left without getting any work done I was so miffed at how I was treated.

Wow — I’ve used this Firestone location alot because I have a Firestone lifetime balance, and its near my office. But boy, that is over.
Every single time, without fail, have they tried upselling me on unnecessary charges for my car. Without a break. Every time. Drop your car off for an oil change. Within 2 hours, you’ll get a call saying, hey, you need to look at doing this, from wipers to tire wear (on 6 month old tires!) to whaterver. Every time.
Once, I needed a new tire for a Civic, one of the most popular cars. Lo and behold, they inform me they only have the 100 dollar tire available, there is only 1 option for the most popular car in the country! So I get back and look online, and 2 other tires are listed, 1 at 50 bucks! Not the kind of place I’ll do business with again, especially when not more than 1 mile away there is a top notch Savannah based car maintanence place that actually just likes servicing your car and making sure you’re ok…
