I am visiting from out of town and my IPhone 5 «died». As we all know we cannot function without our phones. First thing Saturday morning I went to the Verizon Store at the Mall and the Salesman there — Al was terrific! He looked up my account, checked out my problem, found out I was still under warranty and I left Verizon with a working phone in my hand? Now granted I have a business account and had another phone that was due for an upgrade but he also was ready to help me make arrangements to return my phone for a replacement. The other sales person even offered to go get me a coffee while we uploaded my new phone. It was a great experience! Thanks Al and Verizon! Now if I could just say that for those guys I dealt with at the Verizon in Minneapolis last week!!!
