AIC picked me up at 7 am today to tow my Mini from Savannah GA to Charleston SC. The driver, Joe, was professional, courteous and kind. Our 2 hour ride went by in the blink of an eye with good conversation. If I’m ever in need again I will definitely use AIC and request Joe. Thank you very much for making a stressful time much easier.

Awful, awful, awful! Can’t say that word enough with this company. Called to make an appointment to have my vehicle towed and no one showed up until I called the company and told them no one was there. They didn’t have my appointment scheduled so they had no idea what I was talking about. Driver came 30 mins later and then charged me full price! Called the next day to speak with a manager, he/​she wasn’t in and was told I’d get a call back. That has yet to happen…
