Fist time at this location. It was clean, the staff were friendly and the food was great. Had the black bean sandwich, was a little heaven on the spicy mayo but I like a fair amount of toppings

I generally enjoy a good wich from which wich but this location has lower quality than what I’m used to. Left disappointed.

Worst Which Wich sandwich I had was at this location today. Could barely find any tuna in there that I had ordered. They need to train their sandwich makers.

Great sub — extremely log wait every time I come. I choose to not come here often due to the wait.

Really good sandwiches. It really allows you to build the kind of sandwich that you like. Good service, clean atmosphere, very tasty!

Good place. Crisp sandwiches made right. My wife loved the Cuban sandwich. Hit. The key thing is not to be overwhelmed by the selections and make a messy mixture.

I’m hoping this is isolated, but it didn’t leave a good first impression. After ordering the sandwich, they told me it was the wrong size and said they would make a new one. Somehow, assumedly due to lack of communication, they gave the second sandwich to someone else. 20 minutes later, I finally received the third sub they made. They were nice enough to offer me a free sub and gave me the first sub made by mistake. Being in town for business, neither gesture was ideal. That said, the sub itself was delicious. I will go back again if I am ever in town and hope my ordering experience goes better.

Amazing sandwiches. They are sometimes very busy which is normal they have a wide selection to choose from. The shakes are good and they have great customer service This place is a must

I’m in love with the house chips and all the veggie options. Toasted Mediterranean was yummy and just right for a summer lunch.

I love all the choices at Which Wich, but really stick to about four of them. My favorite is actually the black bean patty! I get it toasted on wheat bread with hot peppers, pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, bell peppers and avocado. There is an extra charge for avocado, but it’s fresh compared to the smear of strange you get from Subway! Service can be a bit slow sometimes which is why I gave it a 4⁄5.

I can not think of a single bad thing about this place. … I thought it was gimmicky at first, until I tasted the food, wonderful, plenty of options, decently priced and very smart way to order. Friendly staff to help you. Give it a year and they could dethrone Jimmy Johns

Disappointing — mostly because of all the buzz around it, I will admit. The sandwiches are fine, nothing special, similar to Jimmy John’s. It’s great that you can create your own and people who work there are friendly. My expectations were a lot higher though.

Highly recommend a signature sandwich off the menu. The buffalo chicken and grinder are my favorites. Have tried a few of the other non featured subs And they weren’t so great. Sad as it might be, they have too many topping options so its easy to over order unnecessary toppings For toppings i recommend the olive tapenade on almost anything. The Bleu cheese is very good if you get the right sandwich. Do not like the turkey with sub at all despite the great idea Always toast your sub, did it untoasted once and it was soggy

I am not really a «subs» fan, but Which Wich is not your run of the mill Subway sort of place. First off, their employees are very clean and do not sweat into your food as they prepare it as they do at my local Subway hang out — but not only are they clean, they are the friendliest bunch of people I’ve been around since the last time I was at Disney World. They take the theme of «Be Our Guest» seriously. My 5 year old granddaughter asked for all sorts of extras on her P & J sandwich and the manager took the time to come over and ask her specifically if they had gotten it right. Okay… now what about the actual food, right? I personally love the whole concept of being given so many choices of combos of how you can design your sandwich — especially without someone screaming in your face demanding you make a choice on which type of cheese you want NOW! At Which Wich I can look at all of my choices and simply check off what I want on my timeline. The sandwich I created was something like I feel like I could of gotten in a good deli in New York City… great bread, pastrami, cheese. Not the kind of sandwich you’d expect from a little fast food joint in a strip mall. And my granddaughter was pleased as punch with her P & J. Give this place a try. Its a great alternative to what’s out there now… beats Jimmy Jams hands down. And it’s nice to get some warmth from some great people on a chilly day. Hope there are more of these places opening up soon.

I travel all over the US and, in my opinion, WhichWich is the #1 sandwich shop going. Their sandwich selection is unique, the ingredients fresh, and it’s a cool atmosphere. Subway isn’t even in the same league. Jimmy Johns may be «freaky fast» but WhichWich is «freaky good».

I get excited when I get to try new places to grab lunch near my workplace. Burnsville/Savage seems to be where independent, original eating options go to die… so I was looking forward to trying Which Wich. To sum up: Terribly long wait, very good sandwich. Yes, these sandwiches are well made and«hand crafted», but there is no reason they should take as long as they do. They have a process where you fill out a form of what you want on your sandwich instead of the conventional standing in line to speak with an employee about your sandwich wishes. It might seem like a cool, inventive way to do things, but I actually think it slows them down. I loved my sandwich, but I can get the same one in half the time from Blue Ox, the shop next to Burnsville Center.
